I think we have a misunderstanding: You were talking about the "+" on the contacts - we need another "+" if somebody wants to add entire ROWS.

Generally I would like the + in a circle, there must be standard SVGs available right?

Also the index should start with 1 - currently the first row is showing as 0 which is not intuitive.
