Cash will have surgery in New York and expects a full recovery from the unidentified ailment. Cash is a 52-year-old Grammy-winning singer/songwriter. Her brain condition has forced her to cancel four concert dates this month. The tour is in promotion of her newest album "Black Cadillac," which is a collection partly inspired by her father's death. She expects to resume her tour next spring after she records a new album. Rosanne represents a rare case of a child emerging from their parent's incredible shadow of success. She has enjoyed a fruitful music career over the last 30 years, topping country singles charts 11 times and winning a Grammy in 1985.
