Ray Padgett A federal judge ordered gossip site TMZ to remove clips from a tape featuring *The Love Guru* actor Verne Troyer engaging in sexual activity with a former girlfriend. In his ruling, the judge wrote that Troyer "demonstrated that he will suffer irreparable harm to his reputation" if the tape is released. He further wrote that unless TMZ can come up with a legitimate reason this tape should circulate, he may impose stricter sanctions. Troyer sued Thursday for $20 million dollars over the 20-second sneak peak, which featured Troyer French-kissing Renae Shrider. Celeb-porn broker Kevin Blatt, who previously brought the world the infamous Paris Hilton tape, was reportedly entertaining a $100,000 offer from porn company SugarDVD for distribution rights. On the SugarDVD Web site, a message proclaims "existence of one of the most shocking and controversial celebrity sex tapes to date," but clarifies it will only be released "if Verne gives his consent." The invasion of privacy and copyright-infringement suit states that the tape "reveals the private lovemaking of boyfriend and girlfriend. No legitimate public interest is served by revealing, broadcasting or distributing the contents." The papers further reveal that the tape was stolen from his house in the last few months and was "never intended . . . to be shown to the public."
