Travis Barker makes first public appearance since terrifying plane crash.

According to *Entertainment Tonight*, Travis Barker, former Blink 182 drummer and +44 drummer, who survived a terrifying plane crash two months ago, made his first public appearance during the series finale of *TRL* on Sunday evening.  
  
Barker was interviewed via satellite and provided fans with an update on his recovery. "I'm already playing my drums again, and I'm already back in the studio." Barker told *TRL* host, Damien Fahey, "It was like riding a bike. It was really exciting to know I still have my chops. It still felt good. I still can make it around the kit. Everything felt right, so I'm thankful to be able to play."  
  
Barker and DJ AM survived a plane crash in South Carolina in September. Both men suffered burns in the crash. Four people were killed in the crash including the pilot, co-pilot, Barker's assistant and his security guard.  
  
Barker was married to Miss USA 1995, Shanna Moakler. Their lives were chronicled on the MTV reality show, *Meet the Barkers*. The couple later separated and divorced, however, they appear to remain close. The couple has two children and Moakler also had a child by boxer, Oscar de la Hoya.
