2/25/2009 in A recent photo shoot of Lindsay Lohan has people talking once again, and has caught the attention of Lohan's father, who is concerned for his daughter's well being. Shaina Wizov Lindsay Lohan recently did a photo shoot with celebrity photographer and fashion designer Hedi Slimane in which the actress's very thin frame is barely covered. The February 2009 black and white photo shoot is posted on Slimane's Web site. The issue was addressed not too long ago when a picture of Lohan was taken that showed her obvious weight loss. She acknowledged the rumors, stating that it was due to a busy work schedule and stress, and that her eating habits have not changed. The *San Francisco Chronicle* reports that several rumors have sparked about Lohan having an eating disorder. The 22-year-old actress's parents have gotten involved, as they are clearly concerned about their daughter. Dina and Michael Lohan have different approaches to dealing with their daughter's weight issue. Dina Lohan recently told *Access Hollywood* she has suggested fast food to Lindsay whenever she looks thin, while Michael Lohan plans on talking to his daughter and finding out what's going on, according to Radar Online. Both Dina and Michael have defended their daughter against the media attacks. Dina stressed in an interview with *Access Hollywood* and *The Billy Bush Show* that Lindsay is healthy and happy, and that is all that matters. Michael defended his daughter, citing her career as the main reason for the instability of her weight. "Lindsay goes through her fluctuations in weight for different roles she's in, and traveling and what she's eating and taking care of herself," Michael Lohan told the *Good Day Philadelphia* show this morning, as reported by *The Insider*. Michael Lohan may have a hard time getting through to his daughter. Lindsay's relationship with Samantha Ronson has put a strain on the father-daughter relationship between Lindsay and Michael, though he says that they do still communicate, according to Radar Online. The worried father expressed his concern about Lindsay's weight on his Twitter account, where he posted blogs reading, "Eat. Please," and "My daughter needs help." He continues to address the issue with questions indirectly referring to Lindsay, his most recent asking how far one would go to save a loved one who's in obvious need of help.
