ABC announces next year's lineup, which shows will be renewed and which will not be coming back.

Fear not, *Lost* fans. ABC announced today which shows will be coming back for another season – and which won't. Among the returning favorites are *Grey's Anatomy*, *Lost*, *Dancing with the Stars*, *Extreme Makeover: Home Edition*, *Desperate Housewives* and *The Bachelor*, TV.com reports.  
  
Several shows outside the spotlight are also returning, *Wife Swap*, *Brothers and Sisters*, *Supernanny* and also *Private Practice*, the *Grey's Anatomy* spin-off. *Private Practice* picked up when it was moved to Thursday night right after *Grey's*.  
  
Those who didn't make the list were ABC's flailing newcomers, *Better Off Ted*, *The Unusuals*, *Castle* and *In the Motherhood*, reports hollywoodreporter.com.  
  
*Ugly Betty* was on the rocks for a bit after being bumped, but ABC Entertainment President Steve McPherson assured fans the show will be returning. Several other comedies were tried out in *Betty's* 8 p.m. spot, but did not catch on.
