Twilight nominated for seven MTV movie awards.

Since the big blockbuster movie, *Twilight*, vampires have taken over the minds of adolescents and some adults all over the country. Based on the best-selling novel by Stephenie Meyer, *Twilight* is taking over the MTV Movie Awards, which will be aired Sunday May 31, at 1 p.m. EDT, from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.  
  
*Twilight* is nominated for seven movie awards, some categories being Best Kiss, Best Movie, Best Female Performance for Kristen Stewart, and Male Breakthrough Performance for Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Also in the Best Kiss category is Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy for *Wanted*, as well as Freida Pinto and Dev Patel for *Slumdog Millionaire*, making this category especially hard for the vampires to attack effectively.  
  
Paramore's leading lady, Hayley Williams, is campaigning for *Twilight* to win Best Kiss and, according to a statement made by Hayley to MTV, she said, "There's something really captivating about real tension between characters or between people in general, that is exciting and more moving than pure simple love."
