During an interview with ABC News, he said, "I just couldn't believe what was happening to Michael. I do believe it was foul play. I do that. Yes." Toxicology results still haven't come in, but LAPD is looking specifically at the role prescription drugs may have played in Jackson's death, according to Los Angles Times. According to Los Angles Times, various types of prescription drugs were reportedly recovered from Jackson's home by detectives. Among the drugs found, an anesthetic that's normally used during most surgical procedures. Many of Jackson's physicians were contacted for their records, but it's unclear if any criminal charges will be filed until the final autopsy reports give any criminating evidence. Besides Joe Jackson's suspicion of "foul play" in his son's death, he has expressed to ABC News that he is interested in having a "direct role in raising" his late son's three children.
