9/7/2009 in Playboy offers a $400,000 deal to Kate Gosselin to bare it all for the magazine Shanece Taylor According to the NY Daily News, Playboy offered a $400,000 deal to Kate Gosselin to bare it all for the magazine. Kate refused the deal, and tossed out the accompanying letter from Hugh Hefner. She believes posing nude in Playboy is inappropriate, especially due to her children. But, it appears she is not shy with being photographed by the paparazzi in her bikini. Kate has her limits. The $400,000 Playboy offer coincides with Kate's soon-to-be ex-husband Jon Gosselin's claim that she was constantly busy with book tours and other appearances while he stayed home to raise their eight children. His claim was featured on ABC's "Good Morning America" during his two-part interview with Chris Cuomo. While Jon is struggling to gain favor in the public, it seems Kate is having little difficulty with being in demand by the public and the media.
