Well one could hardly describe Taylor Swift as being amid rough times at the moment, but it is always nice to know that someone has your back. After Kayne West embarrassed Swift at the VMA's on Sunday by stealing her moment in limelight, best bud Miley Cyrus was there to put him back in his box. On Portland Oregon Radio Station Z100 she criticized West for what she viewed as a publicity stunt and claimed his apology was just a ploy to dilute the negative attention he received from the media. He landed himself a slot on "The Jay Leno Show" and more media attention that any recent event in is music career. Cyrus says she wouldn't have stood for it. "I'd tell him to get off the stage, It's her moment," she said. These are strong words from the teen sensation. However she must recognize that Swift's career is getting a media boost at the same time and some could claim Cyrus herself is also jumping on the band wagon.
