It seems Robert Pattinson is always the most popular guy around – 30 Rock and SNL both want him on their show!

Not one, but two, different NBC shows expressed interest in snagging the vampire hunk from Twilight, Robert Pattinson, for a guest appearance.  
  
While doing backstage interviews at the Emmy Awards, Alex Baldwin, who won an Emmy for Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series, said that according to him, the ideal guest for their show "30 Rock" would be former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney.  
  
Baldwin said, "I want Paul McCartney to come on. We're working on it." But he also added that his daughter, Ireland, was keen for Pattinson to appear on the show.  
  
Tina Fey seems to agree with Ireland. She said that she would like to see Pattinson guest star on her show and talked about his widespread popularity.  
  
She said, "Well, I'm sure that Robert Pattinson has no shortage of shows that want him to come on, like Desperate Housewives and shows like that. I'm sure those women would like to get their hands on Robert Pattinson."  
  
One of the other NBC programs coveting the 23-year-old for their own show is "Saturday Night Live".  
  
"We would love to get Robert Pattinson," Seth Meyers, head writer of SNL, said at the Emmys. He further added, "We're actually hoping if \[Rob's\] not available, at least his hair will come by and host."
