Heidi Klum filed to legally take Seal's last name.

According to [TMZ](http://www.tmz.com), after four years of marriage, model Heidi Klum has decided to take the last name of her husband Seal. The 36-year-old "Project Runway" host filed the paperwork on Monday at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Wondering what exactly Seal's moniker is? The 46-year-old musicians name is actually Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel so Heidi Klum hopes to become Heidi Samuel. A judge will make an official ruling on the name change on November 20.  
  
In the meantime, the couple are preparing for their third child together. Klum also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
