This week's episode of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" began a new chapter in Kate's life. In this episode she organized the storage room in their basement. In essence she was cleaning Jon's items out of her life.  
  
The episode switched back and forth between Kate cleaning the storage room and the kids playing in the basement that day. To help her organize, Kate hired two professional local organizers for those two days. In addition, Kate's best friend Jaime came in from out of town to visit her and help her organize. Jaime brought her son Clay along to play with the kids. He has a close relationship with the Gosselin kids; almost like they are brothers and sisters.
