Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos will reprise their roles on the ABC soap.

Hayley and Mateo will be back in Pine Valley. Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos will reprise their roles as married couple Hayley Vaughn and Mateo Santos on ABC's daytime soap *All My Children*. The 39-year-old talk show host made the announcement on Friday morning's *Regis & Kelly* show.

The couple will go back to their roots for *All My Children*'s 40th Anniversary in two episodes set to air on January 4 and 5.  
  
Ripa and Consuelos began their career and relationship on *All My Children*. According to *E!*, this will be the first time the two will be back on the soap since their departure in 2002.
