Comedian Kathy Griffin files for divorce.

Comedian Kathy Griffin filed for divorce from her husband of four and a half years, Matt Moline. The 43-year-old comedian cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. The two had a prenuptial agreement, which will split the couple's assets. Griffin is hoping not to give any spousal support.  
  
Griffin is a stand up comedian known for her role of Vicki Rubenstein on Suddenly Susan. Moline owns an IT consulting firm and is a computer programmer. He was seen supporting Griffin on her reality show My Life on the D List. Griffin and Moline were married on Valentine's Day in 2001 and have no children.
