Tiger Woods' wife is pregnant.

Golfer Tiger Woods is not only preparing for his next tournament, he's also preparing to be a dad. Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, is pregnant with the couple's first child. On Saturday, he wrote on his website, "As some of you know, today is my 31st birthday. I'll spend it quietly with family and friends, but Elin and I have more exciting news to share: We are expecting our first child together this summer. Obviously, we couldn't be happier and our families are thrilled. I have always wanted to be a dad. I just wish my father could be around to share the experience." Woods added that he plans on being with his wife for the next couple of weeks. He will begin the 2007 PGA tour at the Buick Invitational at the end of January.
